This thing isn't good at all, especially for the price. I would recommend you any 2.0 headphones with dolby atmos for windows 10! cheaper and better 7.1+

Ouch sorry to hear that. I haven't looked myself but if anyone knows or find out how to order a new one it would be great to know. I have almost lost mine a few times.
