But W10 32bit or 64bit can be selected in the driver download. The utility was last updated on Feb. 2016. See https://www.asus.com/de...
In case of driver problems, uninstall the driver via Device Manager, the utility via Programs as well, then reinstall the latest version (without it being plugged into the USB) - then it should work. Hope it helps
