It is NOT compatible. I ordered it, and the instructions say it is only compatible with LS03T models. I tried my very best to get it to fit, hoping maybe it would be close enough to work, but no luck. After a lot of digging, I was able to figure out that LS03T is the 4K 2020 model, whereas LS03C is the 1080p 2023 model. You can visually tell because older frames have a button that extrudes out the left side (hence there being a slot cut out of these frame bezels), whereas the 2023 model does not.

I read this exact question and "official galaxus answer" when deciding to buy it, and it was wrong, so now I've got to return this even though I really tried to order the correct thing. The manufacturer information is out of date if it says it's compatible with all 32" models.

(Note: the OP did reply saying it didn't work, but it was a reply to Galaxus' reply so it's easy to miss. That's why I'm writing this here.)

According to the manufacturer, this frame fits all 32" The Frame models.
