I've only had Samsung TVs - I find the TCL very slow to start up (like booting up a PC) and the menu controls are very complex ("complicated"). without Android experience, I wouldn't put it through anyone in my household .... too bad. Fortunately, the thing has the "Netflix" button on the remote control, so all family members can save themselves there in an emergency because otherwise they can't find their way around the menu.
