Question about Canon Pixma TS9550a

My Canon Pixma TS9550a is printing incorrectly. The print test shows that the BGBK cartridge does not print horizontal lines at a distance of approx. 2 cm correctly. All maintenance programmes have already been carried out. Cartridges have been replaced. Does anyone have any ideas?

The next step would be to remove the print head and soak it in window cleaner for an hour or two. Then rinse well, dry and then test to see if the action was successful.
I did this a few times with a previous model of this printer and it actually worked quite well. Unfortunately, a bit cumbersome but still better than buying a new printer...
