My phone works fine, I receive and hear calls. There's just one problem: when I make a call, I can't hear that it's ringing and I can't hear the voice of the person answering the call at the other end. And at the bottom left of the screen it says "silent" and "microphone off". How can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
