Question about Pure Evoke F3
My Pure Evoke F3 suddenly has no sound. What should I do???

What does "no sound" mean anymore? With DAB+, FM, Bluetooth, Internet radio? I have not had this problem so far, but I have noticed that the sound output via Bluetooth is very poor (you have to turn up the volume on the radio and the Bluetooth device very high). With Internet radio, I have a lot of stations that take a long time to get a sound; sometimes there is no sound at all...
I would test the following: disconnect the power, wait 10 seconds, reconnect the power and try again; preferably via FM radio at a good reception location (don't forget to unplug the antenna). If that doesn't help, try to connect to the Evoke via Wi-Fi and the Pure App and then do a firmware update if one is available.
