paper tray does not extend. must be pulled out manually

Helpful answer

The tray comes out automatically, if you use A3 format it comes out even more. a light also comes on internally, sometimes it does not close completely.

That is the problem. The tray moves out automatically when a print job is received. This has not happened for 2 months. I have to pull out the tray manually.
