So mag 250 for iptv is much better than 410 android isn't it?

With the Mag25x the setup for IPTV is easier but not better! The Mag 410 with a suitable app like STB Emu, IPTV Extreme, SIPTV etc. is more stable and faster due to the built-in processor and memory.
