So you could do a little better with the delivery date. It happens to me more and more often that the date is exceeded and then a date is simply set and then it simply says no information. Do you actually wait until the specified date has passed before you ask the supplier where the delivery is? I find that a little weak, especially if you are a loyal customer, the current smartphone is really more than overdue and you think "No, I'm not going to get the device directly abroad, I'm still waiting for Digitec, it should come soon". It would be really nice to know when you can expect it.

Same here, my colleague in the US would have sent me one, but you don't want to ignore the local providers. I have an all-day event on 26 October where I have to film and take photos for social media all the time, and I can't really do that with my current Pixel: since Android 11, the battery lasts barely half a day if I don't do anything big with it. If I take a lot of films and photos, it's over after 30-40 minutes. And when it's 10 degrees outside, it just switches off and drains the battery within minutes. My current phone would go into service at the end of December 2018.
