The colour matching is atrocious (pale, far too bright and lacking in contrast) and does not even begin to match the effective colours on the monitor (rgb colours to printer). The effective RGB colours are also far removed from the print result. There are no adjustment possibilities. A deep, rather dark red, for example, is almost pink.

If the correct driver is installed, you should be able to select the "best" quality in the print settings and the correct paper to load. This reduces the speed significantly and uses much more ink. However, this should not be used with 80g paper, as the printer applies several layers of ink and therefore too much ink for the thin paper. I don't know of a colour calibration option. Otherwise you have 30 days right of return
