The description says that this lens is suitable for APS-C and full format. However, on other pages it only says APS-C and NOT full-frame. What is correct now? Would this lens fit my Sony A7 II?

The lens is designed for APS-C and does not fully illuminate the full-frame sensor of the A7II. But the lens can of course be mounted. By default, the A7II would switch to APS-C and then only have about 10MP. That makes little sense. The angle of view then corresponds to a 24mm lens. The Sigma 24mm Art would be more suitable. That is calculated for full format.
