The plastic cover of the pads on my Bose Ultra started to come loose after just a few weeks and is now completely open at the glued seam. Is this covered by the warranty? Do others have the same problem?

same here, in my case it said no warranty case, whereupon I bought a replacement from a US dealer (incl. cooling material) and they now last forever. still try / ask about the warranty!
