Question about Logitech Harmony Companion
unfortunately the remote control cannot control two important devices of mine. sony ps4 and swisscom bluetv box. why is that and why is there no accessory for it. i find that very bad and i am very dissatisfied with the product purchase. it's insanely expensive and can only control my reciver and the projector, great!?! i hope you can help me with this otherwise the remote control is rubbish
I control a variety of devices from different manufacturers with 2 hubs. I haven't actually found anything that I couldn't control, including SmartHome.
You sometimes need patience and have to experiment.
The latest firmware is obviously important for the PS4.
Pairing:
Harmony will ask you to pair with your PlayStation 4 via Bluetooth.
Using the game controller, navigate to the PS4 home screen and select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth devices.
When prompted to register the Bluetooth device, select Harmony Keyboard and then select Yes.
Swisscom has - I assume it's Bluewin TV - 3 supported devices.
