Unfortunately, there is no answer from customer service about when the post office will finally pick up the damaged TV. And when the new one will be delivered. Does the customer have to wait for the exchange or can the new TV be delivered independently of the post office?

Such enquiries cannot be answered in the community, as they relate to a personal order. You would have to contact our customer service again.
