Unfortunately there is no information on operating system compatibility ...? Also, can you print from USB and scan to USP?

I use the printer under macOS Sonoma. Works perfectly.
I have not (yet) tried printing from USB and Scan to USP.

Why not take a look at the Brother website? Everything is there. The compatible operating systems can also be found there in detail.
