The bumper is a mechanical sensor and takes up the entire front of the housing. It should be noted that the Roborock does not drive into objects at maximum speed. It usually detects them beforehand thanks to its sensors. The Robot Vacuum Cleaner slows down in front of the object and carefully drives until the bumper is slightly pressed in.
