Either you connect to a box or, if I've understood correctly, you load the app on the smart TV, but I haven't tried it myself yet, it's too complicated and annoying for me at the moment!!!!!!!!

I use the Zattoo stick from Amazon, otherwise I can't watch the Swiss SRF channels. It's a pity that the installed Zattoo app doesn't work.
