Please first update the firmware of the Rode VideoMic NTG to 2.1.3 using the RODE Central desktop software. However, this did not work for me straight away. I first had to completely reset the Rode VideoMic NTG using the "Factory Reset" function. You can also do this with RODE Central. You can find the "Factory Reset" by clicking on the cogwheel symbol in the top right-hand corner.
Another tip:
If you use the Rode VideoMic NTG with the iPhone 15 Pro via USB-C, the -20dB attenuation must be activated otherwise there will be too much level and the recordings will distort.

I also bought Rode Video Mic from Digiteg. And I have IProne 14 and Samsung 22 ultra . This cable does not work with either. I have not found a suitable cable in Switzerland.
