Would you rather recommend this arm (HX HD) or the normal Ergotron HX (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/ergotron-hx-monitor-arm-mit-patentierter-cf-technologie-tisch-49-monitor-halterung-14638123) for a 40' monitor?

The normal one is perfectly adequate. I've had a 49-inch Samsung on it for over a year. The HD is just money-making.
