In 1935, the Danish silversmith master carves the attentive terrier from solid oak for his small but fine shop in the heart of Copenhagen. With its alert doggy gaze and cheekily standing tail, the figure quickly becomes a favorite of all, especially because the head is rotatable. Made from durable hardwood, the terriers are now being produced again by Rosendahl, ensuring that they not only end up in collectors' hands but also allow children (from 6 years old) to recreate fascinating hunting scenes or Sunday walks. And if Tim the terrier wooden figure does end up on the desk as a delightfully light paperweight, Kay Bojesen hopes in his legacy that the little one brings a smile to the workday every day.
