My Mina sunrise digital clock switched off when I press the lamp on. Is it faulty? (It’s brand new from John Lewis).

The lamp goes out or changes colour when you press the white mushroom. Press again and other colours will reappear until you find the right one. If not, send it back because of a fault. Best regards.

Does the alarm clock actually have three different wake-up times that can be set? I can't find anything about this in the operating instructions
