What is the difference to Philips Hue Fair Basis BT?

I'm not entirely sure, but it could be because the BT version can only be controlled with Bluetooth and not via wifi.

No, that is definitely not possible. For the ceiling you would have to use these:
Philips Hue Fair Base

The mounting of the pendant lamp is completely different.

Does the lamp also emit light upwards? Can it also be dimmed with the normal light switch or only via the Philips dimmer?

I found out myself: it doesn't apply to smart lighting! pretty stupid and not smart at all :-(

Either I'm stupid or my pendulum suspension is defective. As described on page 5, I first loosened the strain relief and then loosened the "screws" on the 3 cable suspensions. No matter whether I lift the lamp or try to pull it up by the wires, nothing happens. Any ideas?
