The second hand creeps silently and stops at night to save power (battery)

Hard to say. With the time change, my clock stayed at the previous time. I moved it to another area of the house where the signal is perhaps better, pressed the reset button a couple of times and then the clock advanced to the right time. Unfortunately I think the best option is to try again via reset to get the clock to the right time. A fault cannot be completely ruled out.
