For securing pivot doors. A spring holds the magnet in the housing. As soon as the magnet is positioned above the counter plate, it pulls the magnet out of the housing. When the magnet is pushed away from the counter plate, the spring pulls the magnet back in. By combining multiple counter plates, the extraction force is increased.
