The menu does not react, no matter how you touch it. Sometimes it flashes briefly, but then the select button does not react either and the menu switches off again. What can I do?

When touching the alarm, make sure that you touch the luminous dots under the inscription.
If you have done this and it still doesn't work, it can only be a malfunction and the alarm clock must be exchanged.
it works fine for me. what i haven't found out yet, however, is that the menu buttons on the outside of the rim should light up in the dark when you get close to them. but that's not a bad thing, because you can quickly find the position of these functions by heart.
otherwise, i'm thrilled with the product. especially the night light is great. you can get up without waking your partner and still see where you're going.
