Since no heat is generated during cold pressing, slow juicing is considered particularly gentle. The feed funnel with a double chamber system ensures optimal distribution of fruits and vegetables. Hard press material goes into the left chamber, while soft press material goes into the right chamber. It is important not to overfill the chambers.
