Fast pulsation means rapid air exchange (e.g. shock ventilation), slow pulsation means that there is still more to do. Try to enlarge the air duct.

Intuitive colours explained clearly:
Blue: Window closed. You never fill your lungs with stale air (400 - 550 ppm CO₂).
Green: You fill your lungs with used air about every 15 minutes (550 - 1000 ppm CO₂).
Orange: You fill your lungs with stale air (1000 - 1600 ppm CO₂) about every 5 minutes.
Red: Open the window. You fill your lungs with used air (1600 ppm CO₂ or more) about every 2 minutes.
Exhaust air definition: Exhaled air from people indoors, expressed as a percentage by volume.
