The serial number says nothing about the product, if anything you would need to know the manufacturer and article number.

Hello, I used the humidifier in a very dry flat (too much Minergie ventilation) for about 3 years in winter. I finally boiled the mat every 1-2 weeks in the pan, partly with descaler (or soaked beforehand) because of chalky tap water. You notice when it's necessary again because the humidifier starts to smell. This is especially bad when the mat has almost or completely dried out. The remaining parts in contact with water are washed with detergent and rinsed with the remaining cooking water or briefly (!) immersed (otherwise the plastic warps). Silver ion stick was also always used, but only delays the time until it smells again. So I only had to replace the mat about 1-2 times a year.

The SATRAP HUMI 50 is an exclusive Coop model. Unfortunately, we do not know which mat is suitable. We have received information from Boneco that this filter mat is suitable for the BONECO E2441A model.
