My clothes horse is extremely wobbly and unstable when set up and without laundry. Did I get a unit that was not made properly or does that change when I put laundry on it? My two no-name clothes horse that need to be replaced are much more stable. And they hardly have any plastic.

good, you knew about the plastic. are the no-name clothes horse made of wood and with a cord? i'm satisfied, and otherwise you just have to put a piece of felt underneath. or is your floor uneven?
