The crimping foot is perfect for crimping fabrics. Individual layers of fabric can be ruffled or smooth fabrics can be sewn onto ruffled ones. Light to medium weight fabrics are best suited for this. The presser foot has a large needle opening that allows several needle positions and a slit on the left side.
