Anyone who has a juicy steak on their plate will appreciate having sharp cutlery in hand. The steak cutlery includes a knife with an exceptionally sharp blade made of special blade steel, featuring a serrated edge. It powerfully slices through grilled items with a crispy crust and glides smoothly through thick meat. The steak fork has extra-long, pointed tines for piercing meat pieces. The outer edge makes it easy to cut through baked potatoes and vegetables. WMF offers steak cutlery in two collections: In the Nuova series, the knife and fork are made entirely of Cromargan®, dishwasher-safe, and available as a pair or in a 12-piece set. In the Ranch collection, WMF combines Cromargan® stainless steel with riveted oak wood handles for the knife and fork. The special cutlery pieces should be cleaned by hand and are available as a pair as well as in 6- and 12-piece sets.
