No, I find it too bright and too loud for sleeping, so I can't recommend it. It's only useful for cooling when you're sitting in front of it, e.g. when you're working on your PC or something.

I am very disappointed. Many people write that they can cool for 8 hours with one tank, but that doesn't work for me, maximum 2 hours. It hardly cools at the lowest level, and at level three it is so loud that you think you have tinitus when you turn it off. I tried the thing for a day, but for me it's been a real bad buy for a long time. Better spend the money on lots of ice cream, you'll get more out of it!
