The roasting tin is made of cast iron, so it is not non-stick. Depending on how much sauce you use, a little sticks to the edges.
It's great though, would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Of course, something always sticks. However, if you soak the bowl briefly in soapy water, the food residue will come off quite easily.
