Hello, my xiaomi x20+ does not pump out the dirty water.I can hear the suction but the water does not come all the way up.I have to push or pull the tank by hand every time. What can I do about it.is a pity.thank you very much for answers Lg julie

This also happens with us! The problem is that the lower tray, where the water collects, becomes clogged with debris and waste. the appliance can no longer vacuum! Clean it well! Also clean the waste water container.
