Question about Philips 800 series AC0820/10

I am looking for an air filter for DUST as there is an extreme amount of dust in my bedroom. I had tested the Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 3C, but the device always shows less than 10 particles, so top air. It doesn't really add up. The room is 20m2. Suggestion?

There is now a new model Xiaomi Air Purifier 4, which generates negatively charged ions, negatively charged ions make it possible to clean dust even better. The performance of the new Air Purifier 4 has also been improved and the filter now has a larger surface area of 2.4 square metres (the predecessors had an area of approx. 2 square metres).
