I can’t get my hoover to start any more. The Wi-Fi light is green – why is that?

The green Wi-Fi LED indicates that your Xiaomi X20+ is connected as normal and ready for use. If it still won’t start up, this is usually due to a missing start command via the app, a sensor or status issue causing a blockage, or a software problem. Restarting or reconnecting usually resolves the issue.
