I purchased this product almost 2 months ago. I have been using it everyday and I liked it very much. There are lots of program that you can choose based on your recipe. Today, I made a huge mistake. I forgot it on cook stove and almost all equipment melted. Now, it is not working. I would like to send it back to Tefal and ask them to repair it if possible. Is it possible to send it back via Galaxus? Thank you.
