Is it normal that the error message P1 lights up twice a day in continuous operation and that you have to empty the drip tray each time? We have been using the unit in my wife's practice for about 10 days. Emptying the drip tray means lifting the thing (32 kg?) into the bathtub, as the outlet is so deep that there is nothing to put underneath to catch the water. The unit is operated exclusively in "Cool" mode.

There are also air-conditioning systems that heat the water and remove it with the air. Fir are not so compact though :)

Are we the exception or the rule? I wonder if this is a warranty case or "Fail by Design". In order to drain the condensate, you would have to connect the hose to the upper drain, which, according to the manual, also has its own integrated pump for this purpose. Did they simply connect the hoses incorrectly in production? It should almost be like that!

I have the same problem. Within 2 hours the tub is full. The predecessor from the DIY store did not have this problem for years. Very annoying!

I also have this problem. I solved it with a small water pump (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/velleman-wasserpumpe-entwicklungsboard-kit-12256722) and a hose from the DIY store, which I run parallel to the warm air outlet to the outside - it's a bit improvised, but it works.
