No. I ordered the Kibernetik window kit and stuck it to the window. It worked well. You just have to be aware that as much air that goes out comes in somewhere. But with the window kit, the cold air doesn't go out straight away. Be careful not to take the paint off the window frame when you take it off.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you because I have installed it differently.
