Question about Braun MultiQuick 7 MQ7025X
The chopper (the plastic container with the knives) is full of grease (looks like Vaseline). Where the knives are put on (the metal rod in the container) and in the hole of the knives. I can't get rid of this stuff. And if I used the appliance like this, I would have all the grease in the food. Is this normal and what can I do about it. I don't want to eat this stuff.

No, that's not normal. Maybe a little too much grease got into it during the greasing process after production... I can't explain it any other way. I would claim your warranty and insist on a new mixer.....

I received the product "clean", so unfortunately I don't know where this comes from. All parts must be washed thoroughly with soap before the first use (and later after every use if possible) (I think it also says this in the instructions / start-up). If the stuff looks like grease, it should go away.
