According to our research, the biggest difference is the sole, LIFT Plus has a rail where the steam comes out. It is 3 dimensional. The steam comes out of this rail over such a large area and not out of the holes as in the Lift Pure models.
The LIFT Plus and XTRA models also have a pulse-like steam output. The Lift Pure has a steady steam output.
