What is the difference between this and the other Arctic Air (item no. 13304766)? I only saw the BTU/h difference.

This product used once (24h) then laboriously cleaned and dried and given to the Salvation Army. A completely nonsensical device, the smallest cheapest fan is more effective! Or: this product is a cheek!
