The brand new Crazyflight is an evolution of the adidas brand's most successful product. It takes the successful formula of a lightweight and comfortable jump shoe to a new level with a completely modernized and fresh look.

When it was introduced in 2017, the Crazyflight was designed and built based on the insights of volleyball players: lightweight, comfortable, and with amazing cushioning. In the following seasons, we saw unprecedented growth of this model as it became extremely popular among young volleyball players. But the growth was not limited to volleyball, as the shoe quickly became one of the most sought-after handball shoes.

In 2023, adidas takes the shoe's winning formula—a soft material upper, premium look, and lightweight stability combined with Boost cushioning—to a whole new level by improving the shoe's aesthetics, weight, and comfort.

• Light stability: Engineered mesh upper with integrated TPU yarn panel. Innovative upper construction creates a sleek and modern look while providing lateral stability where needed. The new engineered mesh and suede lining make the shoe super comfortable and breathable. With the application of TPU yarns on the lateral side, it gives the shoe a whole new look and feel.

• EVA stability frame: Redesigned stability frame for more lateral support. The new stability frame surrounds the 3/4 Boost piece and provides the player with more lateral stability than before. The EVA piece comes higher on the medial and lateral sides of the shoe to keep the foot more secure during jumps and movements on the court.

• Explosive energy return: 3/4-length Boost cushioning. Combines superior cushioning and energy return with every jump and step. Boost material is placed in the heel area so it perfectly cushions vertical jumps and offers amazing step-in comfort.
