The oval bike basket is made of fine-mesh wire and is mounted on the handlebars. The installation is done with the Basil Fixed Mounted Handlebar Stem Holder, which is sold separately. This system allows for the permanent attachment of your basket to the bike handlebars. You can adjust the height of the Basil Bremen FM using the notches.
