The Basil Portland front carrier made of aluminum in vintage style features a high rim. It is attached using axle struts (for Ø12/13mm axle) and is secured to the fork crown. Mounting for lighting is still possible. A fastening strap is included for secure transport on the carrier. It fits 26" and 28" bicycles.
