The new crankset Super Record 12x2 Speed is a super concentrate of innovation for maximum stiffness and shifting precision, all in a dedicated and aerodynamic design. Made from carbon fiber, its weight has been reduced internally thanks to Campagnolo's Hollow Technology. It features the Ultra-Torque closing system with a titanium shaft for total transmission of the force exerted by the rider on the pedals.

The Super Record 12x2 Speed can be mounted on all frame models, both with disc brakes and other brakes, optimizing the catenary on frames with rear stops of 130, 135, or 142 mm, without compromising the Q-factor, which remains at 145.5 mm due to the new pedal crank shape. The use of ceramic ball bearings CULT ensures the smoothness typical of Campagnolo.

The innovative shape of the outer chainring and the contoured pin guarantee faster and quieter upshifting. Additionally, the symmetrical tooth shape on the inner chainring improves the stability of chain crossings. Together with the eight mounting bolts, the double standard bolt circle (112 and 145 mm) optimizes weight and stiffness through increased use of carbon fiber.

The different number of bolts for each of the three gear combinations (34/50, 36/52, 39/53) facilitates upshifting by optimally engaging each combination. Furthermore, the reliefs of the outer chainrings facilitate downshifting in the dead zones of the pedaling motion and improve performance.
