The entire front of the leg warmers, from thigh to knee to lower waistband, and the entire lower leg area are made of three-layer softshell fabric with an integrated waterproof and windproof membrane. This protective 4-way stretch fabric provides all-round protection against rain and splashing water. In the calf area, a welded seam is used instead of a conventional seam to create a completely waterproof connection and enhance protection.

The raw-cut hem at the lower end of the new "High-Stretch" version 2.0 leg warmers is more stretchy than a sewn cuff, making it easier to put on and take off, and to wear over waterproof overshoes to minimize water ingress.

The areas without a waterproof membrane, such as the back of the thighs, are made of soft, brushed material that provides additional insulation and is very stretchy thanks to body mapping. All fabrics have a PFC-free, durable water-repellent coating (DWR) that repels light rain and splash water.

The elasticated silicone grippers on the upper waistband ensure a secure hold, no matter how hard you pedal. A total of 85% of the fabric fibers used in the manufacture of these leg warmers are recycled material.
