No, without MIPS. We only need the helmet for the tricycle, running bike and bicycle trailer. As soon as higher speeds come into play, from the age of 3.5 and a bike with pedals, we buy a MIPS helmet. The Scamp is enough at the beginning.
I don't think so. My almost 2-year-old son wears this. I think it makes more sense to measure the circumference of his head and choose the right size based on that.
