Yes, this is almost certainly a data error.
The ScanWatch 2 in the bundle is technically identical to the normal version, only with an additional Milanese wristband. The functions of the watch remain completely the same.
According to the manufacturer's number HWA10-MODEL 1-ALL-INT, this is the black Scanwatch 2. We have had this item in our range since September 2023.

The 2025 model (with HealthSense 4 / "2025 Edition") officially launches on 5 September 2025.
This is the ScanWatch 2 which was released in 2023.
According to my research, the "2025 Edition" refers to the new Midnight Blue colour variant and a firmware update with the HealthSense 4 operating system. Unfortunately, we do not currently have these in our range.

I don't have a direct comparison with the Apple Watch, but I realise that the ScanWatch values are accurate. I also wouldn't be sure whether the Apple Watch is actually the reference.
I shower regularly with my ScanWatch 2 without any problems.

Presumably not, and the manufacturer of the Polar Verity Sense does not list any smartwatches in the compatibility lists.
Withings itself only praises its own app, which fulfils many health functions with the watches.
